Setting up Customer Choices in a Food or Beverage Package

The ability to set up customer choices in Food & Beverage packages and templates is perfect for scenarios where you are providing a wide variety of options for a package, but you want your client to choose a limited number of the options available for their package price. 

To Set Up Customer Choices for Food & Beverage Packages:

1. Click on "Templates" in the main navigation menu
2. Select "Food/Beverage Templates" and open the package for which you would like to set up customer choices. 
3. Click on "Setup Customer Choices" at the top of the screen.
4. In the window that pops up, select "YES - Allow customer to choose" and enter the maximum number of items that can be chosen for that package. 
5. Hit "Save". 

NOTE: In the upper right corner of the package panel on this screen, you will see "0 of number" selected displayed because you don't yet know who will select this package and which items from it they will select. 

Once you've set up customer choices, your clients will have the ability to select meal choices for their packages in the Client Portal. NOTE: for more about this, see Selecting Meal Choices in the Client Portal.
