Technical Help: Certain Drop-Downs aren't letting me choose options.

Are you working within the Calendar tool or the Communications tool and noticing the dropdowns won't stay open long enough to allow selections? If so, follow along to learn why and how you can still get the task completed! Our team is aware of this and has made certain isn't nothing program related.

The menus expanding and quickly collapsing is actually happening because of a browser issue. I have double checked with our development team on this as well and they have confirmed that this is not a software issue, but a browser issue. This has also happened to me as I've updated my own browser! The consistent resolve is when the browser initiates another update and fixes the bug it has created.

Here's a few things you can try:

• Making sure your browser is up to date
• Trying another browser, like Firefox
• Restarting your laptop and clearing your browsing history/cache

Those ideas might help, but we can't guarantee it will resolve everything.

A couple of additional notes on our end:

• If you are trying to make a calendar appointment: Go to the lead/event and in the calendar within the lead/event, you can add an appointment. This will automatically link it to your lead/event for you
• If you are trying to send an email out: You can still out your items using the Via Planning Pod address. This server is always available to use at anytime. (If you don't see that as an open, you'll need to check in with your account owner).

Here's an odd workaround that our team has found to help when we've encountered the same:
"When I go to click on the dropdown menu, I have my other hand on the "down" arrow and as soon as I click the dropdown menu to make a switch I immediately hit the down arrow and by the time the menu collapses, it showed your connected email! Again, it's an odd workaround, but it worked for me!" - Jenny O.
