For both month-to-month and yearly subscriptions for our event management platform, we accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. In addition, for yearly subscriptions, we accept payment by check. If you are outside of the U.S., you will be charged in U.S. dollars and your credit card company will convert the transaction amount to your local currency.
Can we be invoiced for our subscription payments?
Yes, but only for yearly subscriptions. We do not offer invoicing for month-to-month subscriptions.
How do we upgrade from the free trial to a paid subscription?
Just log into your trial account; click on the "Subscribe Now" button in the left navigation bar; and follow the instructions. Oh, and even after your trial ends, you can still log in and upgrade to a paid subscription. When you upgrade, all the data from your trial account will carry over.
Can we cancel our account at any time? Do you provide refunds?
You can cancel your account any time for whatever reason. When you do, your account will close at the end of the current billing cycle and you will not be billed again. We do not offer refunds, which includes refunds for unused time/credits.
What happens to our data if we want to reopen a closed account?
We maintain the data in your account as you last left it so you can reactivate your account and access your existing information. We reserve the right to remove data from accounts that have been dormant for more than 2 years.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my account?
Yes. You can always upgrade or downgrade your pricing plan at any time. If you are upgrading, we will prorate the first payment for your new pricing plan based on any remaining credits you have on your existing plan.
What kind of security systems do you have in place?
We conduct daily remote backups of our event management platform to protect against major data loss. We use SSL protection and encryption to ensure the connection between your devices and our server is secure. We have instituted firewall protection on our servers as well as industry best practices to protect against breaches.

We offer a variety of resources to help you and your team get up to speed with our tools, including:

With regard to data importing, we provide tools inside the application for quickly importing your contacts and attendees. You can import calendar data as well as sync your Planning Pod calendar with most other electronic calendars. And if you have spreadsheets with custom event data, we offer white-glove importing services for manually porting your data into your account; contact us for details.
